Just wondering how far some of you are transported deer time wise. And what did you have them in. I was looking at a deer on W.E. that was in MO, the trip would have been 11.5 hrs. How would some one have gone about a trip like that. The farthest i moved one was about 4.5 hrs. In a box in the truck bed.

Jared,
Those deer will travel fine as long as the temp. is good. I have transported deer all over the country and have had them in the tralier up to 48 hrs. You will be fine.

Jared,
I have had deer in a tralier for 16 hrs making the trip from PA to MO Josh is right you just need to move them when it is cool out. If it is just one or to deer to move I like to use boxes in the back of the truck it makes for a smoother ride.

Jared,
We had a doe delivered from PA to Mo over a 48 hour period in a trailer with 17 other deer. No problems. We are picking up a fawn from PA again in a couple weeks.

14 hours in a trailer. No trouble with a bunch of fence-bangers.

Our best is 17 hours. PA to Oklahoma. It is a killer on the people but made easy by all the deer. Just watch the weather and carry some water and feed just in case. Good luck
