Virgil,
I did mine myself. I did it through Hosting Gurus, it is $230/year. (+/-) It is a real easy self explenitory do it yourself builder. They have 24 hr. support line if ya need help, and they are good people to deal with. There is a link below. Good Luck

I have transferred a number of the websites we previously hosted on Deerfarmer.com to Outdeer Resources LLC. Brian provides web hosting and development services. Since he already hosts a number of deer and elk farm sites, he is certainly familiar with the industry.

You can find out more at http://www.outdoorresources.com/

Or, if you want to learn something new, and have some fun, doing your own website is certainly as option as well. That way, you have full control over it.

Best of success.

Russ

Thanks to Russell, This site is a good place to advertise. We have found that that the profile page is a awesome place to do that. You can have albums with up to 100 pics in each. You can talk about your farm, and put a lot of information on it. We have spent some time to put alot of stuff on mine. We also have a small website that you build yourself for $10 a month- tiptopwebsite.com

If anyone is using Deer Trax software program I am in need of some help. I can not get the section of the "family tree" to work properly. If anyone can give me some help - I would greatly appreciate it. I can not get support to call me back.

I went to Yahoo web hosting. Costs me 40$ every three months. They let you download site builder and set it up yourself. I t wasn't too hard and I constantly make changes, but have to admit I've spent a lot of time doing it, especially in the beginning. But I like being able to make changes all I want and whenever I want.
mine is www.betterbeef4u.com
and you'll see I have changes still hanging midstream.

I think you can build one at Yahoo for about $180/year. Same free support.

Dark Woods Studios was great to work with. Her Name is Katrice Housker, she is a sister to Nashville Star's Ashlee Hewitt. The price varies a little depending on how many pages you need. It cost me $465 one time fee and $118 for a 2 yr. web post. I thought she did a great job. Plus she is my niece so my opinion may be a little biast, but you can check it out and see what you think, http://tworiverwhitetail.com.
