Whitetail Exchange has been experiencing very rapid growth over the last several months. We would like to thank each and every person who has consigned, purchased, signed up or even went to the website. We have been overwhelmed with the fantastic response.
Don’t worry, as you have seen on the site, things aren’t going to get boring. We are working on new and exciting ways for all deer farmers to market their semen and their live animals. The Auction site is still in its infancy stages and bigger and better things are on their way.
Today we met with Curt Waldvogel via the telephone to discuss some ground breaking new techniques that will help in the promotion and sales for deer farms of every size. Curt has always been very much in support of these new ideas and has always been accepting and supportive to the buying and selling of his genetics both by him and others on Whitetail Exchange.
Here are a few of the highlights from last nights auction
Highest Selling Straw of Semen – One Maxbo Ranger straw, a tremendous Maxbo son and Max Grandson sold for $19,450.00. This is the highest selling straw of semen in any auction that we know of this year. Congratulations to David Esh on your tremendous purchase and thank you for your support of Whitetail Exchange.
Highest Selling Animal – Congratulations to Will Ainsworth of Dream Ranch for selling an unborn fawn out of Tonto’s mother bred to Outcross. This fawn sold for $22,925.00. Thank you to Will Ainsworth for giving us a shot at selling this tremendous animal and congratulations to Ron Myers on your great purchase.
