Deer farm in WI (Turn Key Operation)

I'm posting to see if there is any interest in someone buying a complete deer farm in Central WI. It has been running 10 years and love it, but the problem is I started a restaurant business 2 hours away and don't live there anymore. For 1 and half years I have been running 2 hours one way back and forth which has been dificult during AI season and fawning season.

This is a 5 acre breeding farm with a log 2 bedroom 1 bath furnished home. 30 X 40 steel shop. Quiet area next to the Castle Rock flowage on a dead end road. (Property assesed at $150,000). This sale comes with about 65 animals, house, land, shop, dart gun and darts, AI kit, Fenceing equipment and stretcher, complete handleing system with scale, feed and hay, 642 Bobcat with hay, forks, and bucket. Underground watering system, Semen tank with 500 straws of semen, fawn bottle feeding area for 12 fawns with heat lamps and much more.

I've AIed for 4 years and have some of the top genetics. TB Accredited, CWD Monitored 2002. 7 buck and two does out of AGN Bam-Bam. One I use for breeding is a two year old that is AGN Bam-Bam/ Flees Harry. I have High Roller genetics, Big Jake, Magnum, Pegusus, Stretch, Flees BJ, Rock, Viper and many more mixed in. Complete list and be given to serious lookers. I'm not desperate to sell, so keep your low ball, but just wondering if someone is interested. $225,000 firm for everything. I may piece out, sell whole, or just keep it.
