is it to late to draw know mating done but can I still draw now for next year

My understanding is you will get good semen if the antlers (or nubs if you cut the buck) are still on his head. That said it is getting really late I would think. His hormone levels are most likely changing and getting ready to shed soon.

I drew on Jan 20th and did great

Typically semen can be collect till about two weeks after the antlers fall off. All of our late season collections have been better than the earlier ones. Just remember that every deer is different. Good Luck

I spoke with Zimmermans custom freezing and he said he tried to pull from a couple of bucks here in Pa. mid jan and it didnt go so good.
