Deer-Ads Upgrade

I decided to upgrade the software for the Deer-Ads site to provide enhanced features and capabilities.

Unfortunately, I ended up with a number of headaches instead. The site is working although the Predigree Tree component still has some issues.

I am working to fix this but it may take a week or so as I am on the road for a few days and can't work on it.
