catching fawns

If the fawns are left on the mother what is the best way to catch them when needing to give follow up vaccination?

I use a circle of welded wire (2x4 inch mesh ,four feet across and four feet high) to tag and work with fawns . I just get inside and lift and walk up to them and set it down over it and then I don't worry about mama pounding me or the fawn getting away while working with tags ,ect. When done I just lift and push them under to run off and take their ill tempered mother with them. The does seem to respect it and I get a lot steadier nerves while working with the babies. Jim

I use a big fishnet. With a long handle that way if they run you can catch them easily.
