I have a friend that has a weak fawn. He said that she did not get any of the mother's coulstrum, but she is on the bottle and not doing good. He was wondering what he could do to help the fawn gain strength or energy? Please let me know asap! Thanks guys. We apperciate it.

Try a eye dropper full of human baby vitamins called Polyvisol in each morning feeding. Maybe a round of warm Lactose Ringers would be of help. That is done subQ. This is mostly done when dehydrated, but if the fawn is weak and going down hill give it a try.

We have used electrolytes to get them rehydrated too.

The fawn is a wek old. The doe had quads, 1 died at birth, i died yesterday because she was weak, and now this fawn is week and going down hill. The 4th fawn seems to be doing ok. He is feeding the new Superior Doe Replacer. He is not sure of the tempature of the deer because the thermometer was messing up. I will keep you updated with the temp of the fawn. Thanks Guys. Jesse and David appreciate, and so do i. Thanks again!
