Trying to get started

I'am located in Southeast Texas and considering starting a deer breeding buisiness. There is a peice of property that is 21 acres that I may purchase. I plan on starting small and expanding. Would ten acres be sufficient to start a deer farm?

10 acres is enough room to start out with, however you always need to plan to allow for expansion. If you just want to raise deer as a hobby 10 acres will probably be plenty. If you want to keep more than 20-30 deer you probably should look for a bigger farm.

My father and I plan having a farm. Our plan is to use ten of the twenty acres and then expand. Thankyou for the advice.
