Oklahoma deer preserves?

I have a real good friend that lives in okmulgee OK that gas been pretty sick. He hasn't been able to work since April and the scary thing is they don't know what's wrong with him. I would like to be able to go down there and take him on a hunt. I'm looking to see if there are any end of season specials out there. Was thinking of a management hunt. If you know of any place I would appreciate it. I'm looking to spend up to $1200.
