fawn grinding her teeth

We have a 10 day old fawn that grinds her teeth. I know that in goats this is a sign of pain. However, this fawn eats good, poops good and appears overall to be healthy and I see no sign of bloat. She is very tame and is doesn't show sign of stress.
I have read that fawns lose the baby teeth. At what age does this happen?
Is there another problem that I need to be looking for?
