What is the right dosage for about a 2 week old fawn.

I never tranq any fawn less than 25 pounds. Not because of the drug, but because the dart can fracture small bones on impact, even when a blow gun is used. The best thing to do is build a boma and work the fawn into it and corner him in a safe place.

I use pure rompin 1 cc and it works fine.

For that early age....i use a 20 million candle power spot light and a fishing net....it works great....i would not dart it....:)

I have a fawn catching net, I made it out of a length of 1 1/2" plastic pipe that give me about 4 foot diameter when the ends are joined , I covered it with military surplus netting leaving the pocket about 4 feet deep , I added a piece of garden hose inside the pipe for weight to make it easier to throw. I can work the deer into a corner , the does leave first and when the fawn makes a break for it I toss the net in front of him and let him run into it, he does go for a tumble but no tranq , I can catch fawn up to about eight weeks old, also you can sell the Bow-Flex your going to get enough exercise.

I think the best way to catch a fawn is to tell Z Z that there`s a case a beer under it`s tail. That fawn will be caught in a flash!!!!!
